Our Approach

You live your life through your Nervous system. It represents the connection between the Brain and the Body. A strong connection allows for increased healing, function and adaptability.

However, when we are exposed to stress, this connection gets disrupted and a number of compensation patterns are triggered throughout the body, particularly at the spine.

These compensation patterns allow the body to adapt to the stress in the short term and provide a temporary reprieve. However, as the stress continues, the body's ability to adapt decreases as layers of compensation patterns build up (think of an onion). Eventually the short term compensations become significant enough to cause symptoms such as pain, numbness, tingling, stiffness, weakness etc.

How do we help?

We help your body by activating the Nervous system.  This decreases stress physiology, releases the tangled layers of compensation patterns and leads to positive outcomes. Our protocol consists of:

Taking a Holistic Approach

Everything in the body is connected.  As a result, different regions and different tissues of the body form intricate patterns that stress the nervous system.

A holistic approach allows us to assess and address these patterns in a comprehensive manner.  The four primary tissues involved are: Nerves, Joints, Muscles and Fascia.

Restoring Joint Biomechanics

Spinal and extremity joints play a large role in nerve function and movement patterns.  They need to be released throughout the body.

Releasing Soft Tissue

The soft tissue matrix can irritate nerves, contain toxins and have adhesions.  This restricts movement.

We need to release the affected muscles, ligaments and fascia.
